- update to 4.3.2:
  * disabling run-command until it is properly finished
- update to 4.3.1:
  * fixed typeerror on Windows thanks to @eachimei, excluded docs
    from install thanks to @mgorny and added readthedocs
    configuration file
- update to 4.3.0:
  * Added support for multithreading, multiprocessing, colors
    (16, 256 and full color) and many interactive terminal
    features such as continuous printing for a live ETA

- Update to version 4.2.0
- Update to version 4.1.0
