* [FEATURE] Support HELP text in multiprocess mode.
  * [ENHANCEMENT] Reduce the mmap minimum size.
  * [BUGFIX] Use the correct OpenMetrics encoder when
    application/openmetrics-text is requested in ASGI apps.
  * [BUGFIX] Allow Prometheus format parser to handle a missing
    space after labels.
