Thomas Bechtold f2b4634e0b - update to 0.8.0:

* Ignore the required python version for now
  * Add build condition for tests in opensuse template
  * Install setup_requires as BuildRequires during build
  * Update opensuse template for singlespec approach
  * Remove useless '(' and ')' replacements from opensuse template
  * travis: Update credential to deploy on pypi
- Remove manpage for now. Build is broken.
