changing "OPENSOCKETFUNCTION" API once again in a
backwards-incompatible manner. Support for "SOCKOPTFUNCTION" and
"CLOSESOCKETFUNCTION" was added in this
release. "OPENSOCKETFUNCTION" now supports Unix sockets.
+ Many other libcurl options and constants have been added to
PycURL.
