    Anaconda installation exists, but Graphviz was installed manually or
    through pip (`.bat`/`.exe` suffix problem). (#205)
  - Windows only: Fixed failure to run Graphviz related to side-by-side
    assembly (SxS) by now propagating the `SYSTEMROOT` environment
    variable. (#208)
