- Update to 1.10.1
  * implement a fsspec-based filesystem backend
  * fs.get_file: add callback support
  * Add option to not launch the browser automatically via LocalWebserver
  * make credentials save/load thread safe
- Add patches:
  * modernize.patch: support up to Python 3.10
  * migrate-to-google-auth.patch: drop obsolete oauthlib2 requirement
