Steve Kowalik 6b88000500 - Switch to autosetup and pyproject macros.
- No more greedy globs in %files.
- Do not install example directory into site-packages.
- Add missing Requires on netaddr.
- Add patch use-correct-assertion-methods.patch:
  * Use non-removed assertion methods.
