Steve Kowalik f04d54462c - Update to 1.1.2:

* Fix tests so they're compatible with both ujson and pure json library
  * Remove redundant wheel dep from pyproject.toml
  * Add license trove classifier
  * Drop support for Python 3.7 and 3.6
  * Allow method handlers to return json rpc errors
  * Migrate metadata from `setup.cfg` to PEP 621-compliant `pyproject.toml`
  * Use f-strings wherever possible
- Switch to pyproject macros.
