  * Use unordered_hash in KeyBuilder hashing frozenset
  * Drop dependency on, included obsolete copy of 'decorator' pypi module
  * make obj_array_vectorize work on class methods 
- Don't build for Python 3.6, due to no NumPy.
- Remove decorator from {Build,}Requires
