ccea7d8427 Accepting request 1170434 from devel:languages:python 
- update to 2.7.0:
  * stricter serialization of annotation namespaces
  * Allow annotations in front of() and ref
  * Add missing TOKEN productions
  * Fix excessive stripping of documentation comments
