* Issue #401: Fix failure in test suite.
  * Dropped support for builds with Pyrex. Only Cython is supported.
  * Issue #288: Detect Cython later in the build process, after
    ``setup_requires`` dependencies are resolved.
  * Issue #396: Fixed test failure on OS X.
  * Pull Request #136: Remove excessive quoting from shebang headers
    for Jython.
