- Switch to single-spec build
- Update to 3.10.0
  * Add RawJSON class to allow a faster path for already encoded JSON.
- From 3.9.0
  * Workaround for bad behavior in string subclasses

  * Update readthedocs documentation links
  * Add build status badge to README
