The base branch pool/python-textX:factory has new changes

- limit check to tests/functional as upstream does
- update to version 4.2.2:
 - Fixed:
  - tests for subcommands. Click 8.2.0 now returns exit code 2 when command is not
    correct. See [433].
- update to version 4.2.1:
 - Fixed:
  - regression where textx generate/check command didn't report location info.
  - removed encoding of unicode strings in textx exceptions.
- update to version 4.2.0:
 - Changed:
  - Moved from click.echo to logging.
