- Remove .c and .h devel files from python package distribution.
- Update to 0.4.16:
  * Fix unexpected binary type id in TBinaryTransport serialization
- versuib 0.4.15:
  * Support Apache JSON protocol and binary type
  * Replace "yield from" syntax to "await"
  * Fix some socket leaking cases in aio support
