- Split tornado versions into their own packages.
This package now depends on the current preferred version.

This is tornado4 until things settle down.

This package should always depend on the preferred numbered
version of tornado, so "python-tornadoX" where "X" is the
major version number.

Currently that is python-tornado4 as other packages
transition to this format
