- Update to 0.6.3
  * Update scaffolding by @madig in (#97)
  * Use trusted publishing by @madig in (#96)
- Drop support for older Python versions
- Remove unzip package from BuildRequires
- Switch source archive format to TAR.GZ
- Use Python 3.11 on SLE-15 by default (forwarded request 1314381 from glaubitz)
