- update to 0.13.0:
  * Support for Python < 3.6 has been dropped.
  * SNI is enabled when connecting to an SSL target as an SSL
    client.
  * The TokenRedis plugin handles namespaces.
  * Headers are sanitized before being passed to authentication
    plugins.
