- update to 0.6.0:

* Upgrade Python support to include 3.6, 3.7, 3.8,  3.9, 3.10,
    3.11 and 3.12
  * Drop support for Python 3.* < 3.6 (Python 2.7 remains)
  * Fix tox and github action so they work nicely together
  * Add a release workflow to Pypi which uses trusted publisher
