Accepting request 223431 from devel:gcc

- Disable --enable-deterministic-archives again, as it breaks
  valid Makefiles.

- cross-avr-size.patch: AVR-style output in avr-size utility

- build with --enable-deterministic-archives so ar and ranlib
cooperate in the creation of reproducible builds.
