- Do not build tests with -fprofile-generate in order to not to
  overwrite gcda files (boo#1120868).

- bison 3.2.4:
  * Fix the move constructor of symbol_type
  * Always provide a copy constructor for symbol_type

- bison 3.2.3:
  * c++: fix token constructors for types with commas
  * data/variant.hh: Do not use user types
  * tests/local.at: Adjust lex-related macros for tokenization
  * test/types.at: Also ceck token constructors with commas
