7966a7e018 Accepting request 445570 from home:namtrac:branches:network:utilities 
- Update to version 4.0
  * Use monotonic clock instead of realtime clock
  * Pick default selected interface based on policy
  * Collect RX NoHandler statistics if available (Linux)
  * Proper stdout flush in ASCII mode
  * Bugfixes

- complete specfile overhaul
- removed no longer needed patches (fixed upstream)
