+- Drop scrollkeeper BuildRequires: We do not need to build yelp
+  helpfiles since we still have gtk-doc and manpages. Rarian, the
+  lib that provides scrollkeeper-compat that this package depends
+  on is slated for removal from openSUSE, and in this case we have
+  alternative helpfiles.
