- Make sure bundled zlib is not used

- Update to version 3.5
  * Added a boolean debug (CCACHE_DEBUG) configuration option
  * Renamed CCACHE_CC to CCACHE_COMPILER
  * Added a new command-line option -k/--get-config
  * Improved performance substantially when using hash_dir = false
  * Renamed "stats zero time" to "stats zeroed"
  * Added file_state_matches_ctime option to disable ctime check
