- Update to version 0.5.0
  + Completely removed the dependency on InMemory server for unit tests
  + Minimized the number of HTTP requests sent by 
    SessionFactory::createSession
  + Added Session::getBaseTypes()
- Remove merged patches;
  + 433fad3-Fix-int-bool-confusion-on-big-endian-architectures.patch
  + 0001-Remove-C-11-only-std-to_string.patch
- Bump soname to 0_5-5
- Bump incname to 0.5
