* Fix minor memory leaks. If valgrind is installed, "make check" will
    run it to check for memory leaks.
  * Convert to PCRE2.
  * libcouriertls: use ALARM to kill couriertls if the server process
    terminates but openssl hangs trying to shut down the socket.
