Rework support for /etc/dehydrated/postrun-hooks.d/:

dehydrated.service nolonger starts them directly, the support was
|
|
moved to a separate unit file. Please run:
|
|
|
|
systemctl enable dehydrated-postrun-hooks.service
|
|
|
|
to restore this functionality
|
