- Upgraded to latest stable release 17.11.1 (LTS): some of the fixes include:
* location changes of the GPL and LGPL licenses;
* net/mlx4:
- fix drop flow resources leak
* net/bnxt:
- double increment of idx during Tx ring alloc
- group info usage
- check for ether type
- size of Tx ring in HW
- number of pools for RSS
- return code in MAC address set
- link speed setting with autoneg off
* net/nfp:
- MTU settings
- jumbo settings
- CRC strip check behaviour
* net/sfc:
- multicast address list copy memory leak
- DMA memory leak after kvarg processing failure
- fix label name to be consistent
* net/i40e:
- VLAN offload setting issue
- FDIR input set conflict
- FDIR rule confiliction issue
- setting MAC address of VF
- flow director Rx resource defect
- warn when writing global registers
- multiple driver support
- interrupt conflict with multi-driver
