Dominique Leuenberger c85ef87b98 Accepting request 945233 from home:dimstar:Factory
- Add ID="suse" to etc/os-release; there is at least one test
suite (python-Nuitka) that expects an ID= field. Without it,
we're forced to use the more expensive openSUSE-release for the
  test suite.

- update version, drop /etc/SuSE-release
