Bugfixes:
* Fix bad Intel Arc GPU name detection, which was supposed to
be fixed in the last version but the change was reverted
accidentally (GPU, Linux)
* Fix arm32 CPU name detection no longer work. Regression of
2.21.2 (CPU, Linux)
