* new specialization for fgemv over recint
* improved fttrtri (triangular matrix inverse)

* Gauss-Jordan inverse made to work
* change signature for CharPoly (now takes a polynomial domain

- From time to time, configure fails to find lapack when built in
openSUSE:Factory. Emit config.log when that happens.
