- Update to version 1.0.6:
+ New Features:
- Add bash completion for fwupdmgr.
- Add support for newest Thunderbolt chips.
- Allow all functions that take device arguments to be
prompted.
- Allow devices to use the runtime version when in bootloader
mode.
- Allow overriding ESP mount point via conf file.
- Delete any old fwupdate capsules and efivars when launching
fwupd.
- Generate Vala bindings.

- Allow ctrl-d out of the prompt for devices.
- Allow to create package out of provided binary.
- Correct handling of unknown Thunderbolt devices.

- Fix a crash related to when passing device to downgrade in

- Use a longer timeout when powering back the Thunderbolt
device.
