d7ae916dac Accepting request 241230 from Base:System 
- Update to 0.19.2: 
  * Fix xgettext crash in parsing empty string literals in C and Vala.
  * Autoconf macro trace in autopoint now works again with Autoconf 2.68
    or earlier.  It was a regression in 0.19.

a6814bc30e - Update to 0.19.2:
