* glibc-2.3.3-execstack.diff
- Disable the following patches, they look obsolete by now but leave them
in to easy enable them again:

* glibc-2.3-regcomp.diff
* glibc-2.8-clone.diff
* glibc-2.3.2-revert_tcsetattr.diff
- Do not package glibc-obsolete with empty directory on archs that
don't need it.
