Accepting request 308326 from home:michael-chang:grub2-btrfs-mountpoint
- Fix install into snapper controlled btrfs subvolume and can't
load grub modules from separate subvolume (fate#318392)
* added grub2-btrfs-06-btrfs-mount-subvol.patch
* grub2-snapper-plugin.sh: use absolute subvol name
