  * Dropped 0003-Disable-resetting-UUID.patch (upstream moved the
    functionality into the CoreOS configuration.
  * Added ignition-enable-network.sh /
    ignition-enable-network.service:
    Implemented ignition-fetch-offline feature to only start
    networking if required
