Jan Engelhardt 7cacbb60fb - Added libesmtp-c99.patch which adds a required feature macro ...

definition so that strlcpy function is properly declared in the
  standard header file.  [boo#1225800]

If the request is fine, please forward it also to Factory soon-ish so
that we can switch the default compiler.
