distro kernel includes virtio-scsi. This is true for 12.2+ In 12.1 and older the attach_method remains appliance. The reason for this change is the creation of XML for libvirt, which is cumbersome for virtio-blk. OBS-URL: https://build.opensuse.org/package/show/Virtualization/libguestfs?expand=0&rev=129
