Accepting request 734421 from home:mgorse:branches:devel:libraries:c_c++
- Build glib and gobject-introspection bindings separately in order
to avoid build cycle.
- Move gobject-introspection bindings into their own packages.
- Move libical gir into libical-glib-devel.
