- Move shared library to libquvi%{soname} to conform to Shared

Library Packaging Policy and allow parallel installation of more
  versions even without multiversion.
- Use last change date instead of build date.
  libquvi-fake-build-date.patch -> libquvi-stable-build-date.patch
