- Update to version 3.4:
  * Use PCRE2 by default
  * Make selinux_log() and is_context_customizable() thread-safe
  * Prevent leakeing file descriptors
  * Correctly hash specfiles larger than 4G
- Refreshed skip_cycles.patch
