* songlength DB: fix parsing of milliseconds with leading zeroes
* Fixed building hardsid support
* reSIDfp: shift register regression fixes
* Updated RAM init pattern similar to how it's done in VICE
* Do not use smart pointers in public headers
(Warning! breaks ABI compatibility)
* resid/residfp: Use soft instead of hard clipping

updated 8580 resistor ratios based on schematics and adjusted
