- Update to version 2.8.0
  * Optimized event scheduler.
  * Stop pretendig we support pre-c++11 compilers.
  * Fixed thread unsafety for psid_driver.
  * residfp: do not cache resampling tables.
  * resid/residfp: tuned oscillator leakage.
- Temporarily disable SIMD optimization on x86_64
