- Update to version 3.2.1:
  + When built against nghttp2 1.50.0+ be relaxed about header
    whitespace.
  + Fix possible crash when cancelling an HTTP/2 message.
  + Fix regresion where soup_server_message_get_socket() could
    return NULL.
  + Fix minor memory leak.
- Disable tests on 32-bit while waiting for
  https://gitlab.gnome.org/GNOME/libsoup/-/issues/309
