- Update to version 14.0.3.
  * This release contains bug-fixes for the LLVM 14.0.0 release.
    This release is API and ABI compatible with 14.0.0.
- Rebase llvm-do-not-install-static-libraries.patch.
- Use ThinLTO with lld on i586.
