  * This is primarily a bug fix release.
  * PDF portfolio support with command line tool "mutool
    portfolio".

  * Improved SVG output.

- Dropped CVE-2017-5896.patch, bsc1023760.patch,
  CVE-2016-10221.patch, CVE-2016-8728.patch, CVE-2017-7976.patch,

  and CVE-2017-5628.patch (merged or adapted upstream)
