Paolo Stivanin ff4dc3cb5d - Update to 1.23.6: ...

* Add new text file document handler.
  * Add interface for rearranging pages.
  * Fix double free bug in html parser.
  * Use CropBox as origin for fitz space in PDF documents so that page bounding box origin is at the top left.
  * Fix parsing of cmap with surrogate characters.
  * Fix bug in story handling resetting.
  * Various smaller fixes for pymupdf.
