- Add ncurses patch 20240608
  + change winwstr to return wide character count instead of OK (patch
    by Branden Robinson).
  + improve formatting/style of manpages (patches by Branden Robinson).
  + rename testing dpkg's for ncurses6 to resolve a naming conflict with
    Debian's ncurses packages.
