c6a3e40df3 - Update to version 20210511: 
* Refresh licenses from spdx.org
  * Be more wary on usage of macros in Tags
  * Do not Cache Source.* but only Source[0-9]*
  * Stop pretending we can guess what the spec file is for
  * Avoid deep recursion in merge_comments
