(Fixed inadvertent typo in Source list from prev sr)
- Update to version 4.10.0:
- Add onioncat-DESTDIR-for-localstatedir.patch: Create localstatedir inside DESTDIR [gh#rahra/onioncat#43].
- Add BuildRequires: libtool and run autoreconf before configure as  above patch touches build files.

OnionCat creates a transparent IP layer on top of Tor's hidden services. It
transmits any kind of IP-based data transparently through the Tor network on a
location hidden basis. You can think of it as a point-to-multipoint VPN between
hidden services.
