- re-enabled kmp package since openvswitch_mod.ko and 
  brcompat_mod.ko are not available on suse kernel rpms

- new upstream version 1.1.0 (stable)
- spec file clean up
- added as dependency all python modules to enable additional
  functionalities
- rebase patches 
- build pyside support only if pyside is available
